This Privacy Policy explains how Vortiqen, LLC ("Vortiqen," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website and our internal systems.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and does not collect personal information from visitors. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Our internal software stores the mobile phone number of the company's owner for the sole purpose of sending that owner automated account notifications by SMS.

How we use information

We use information only to operate our systems, respond to inquiries and send owner-requested notifications. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver messages.

Data security and retention

We protect information using encryption, access controls and multi-factor authentication, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

You may ask us to access or delete information about you by emailing contact@vortiqen.xyz. California residents may exercise rights available under California law using the same address.
